Los Lagos Spa & Resort

I had always gone to Los Lagos at least 3 times a year for the last 15 years; 2 weeks ago I went and they did not let me park inside for the first time and without any justification. We walked in and the internal parking lot was empty. I will never go back there again; to a certain extent that is good, it forces me to explore other options that are very likely better.

We had a family of 15 that booked four nights at La Lago resort in Costa Rica. The staff were amazing. The resort was beautiful. I was worried that we would be too far away from everything and they put our families together in the same building. easy to work with.!!

Amazing hotel! The rooms were super clean, spacious, and comfortable. The food was excellent, with great quality and plenty of variety. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The pools were beautiful, fun, and felt luxurious. The location was also fantastic—close to plenty of restaurants, shops, and excursions, making it easy to explore the area. My family and I stayed for five nights and were genuinely sad to leave. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel!
