Tabacon Grand Spa Thermal Resort

The resort is very beautiful, however, going to the thermal pool was quite challenging for the 4 of us, the pathway were not lighted, including the pool itself, we were there in the evening, it was difficult walking up & down, we are in our seventies, trying to avoid missing the steps & falling, the front office were not warm, we were treated like a business transaction, we were told by Alexander & Roberts that this is a top rated resort/accommodations, we are quite disappointed, room space is more than adequate, TV were difficult to operate, wish that we have an English option on the channels

Unfortunately, the weather was terrible the entire time, but I know that is uncontrollable. My only complaint is that in the morning there is no coffee available in the main lobby. That would be my only suggestion.

Excellent location, amazing atmosphere, rooms with espectacular view to Arenal volcano.
