BEST WESTERN LAS ESPUELAS HOTEL AND CASINO

The hotel has the appearance of being ideal for business however the type of service received is only a hotel which I would recommend to spend one night no more, the staff who are in the Front Desk are not trained to cater to foreign staff who speak only English it is evident that they have been trained only to get the most out of the tourist but there is no willingness to service for those who need to spend -5 nights. It is a pity that this type of HOTEL and suggestion do not target the segment of customers we come to stay for more than one night.

The staff at Las Espuelas Hotel are fantastic and very helpful! We booked last minute and Kenneth and Armando were very helpful in getting us into a room early and assisting us with our short stay. The pool was nice, they had a kiddie pool and there was plenty of chairs and towels available. The room was nice and clean. We ate at the restaurant and were served by Victor who was awesome! He gave us the inside scoop on food and made us some off menu passion fruit margaritas that were fantastic! 10/10 would return!

Like many years ago, I stayed at the hotel las espuelas. But I feel very very disappointed, since they charged me an excessively high rate, for a hotel that I think is already 50 or more years old and has never undergone any renovation. The hotel does not have a minibar, the hot water comes at a great cost, the vending machine at the front desk only has beer and one type of oral serum. The breakfast seems to be measured to the millimeter (I miss when the owner of this hotel was the BestWetern hotel chain that the breakfast was buffet style) There is not a single ice machine, there are no safety deposit boxes in the rooms. The only thing I would give a positive score to is the Wifi signal which is stable. The hotel is not in the center of the city, which makes it difficult to move around if you don't have a car. Finally the lighting in the pool area is terrible! without taking into account the deterioration of lamps and various things in the hotel. I do not recommend it in any way !!!!!
