A simply perfect and unforgettable experience Our stay was undoubtedly extraordinary from start to finish. The hotel stands out for its impeccable level in all aspects: facilities in perfect condition, unbeatable rooms and an absolutely impeccable cleanliness, really immaculate. Customer service deserves special mention. Krisna, at reception, provided us with warm, professional care and always ready to help, setting the tone from our arrival. In the restaurant, Marquitos offered us a phenomenal service, attentive and with an excellent attitude at all times. Jairo complemented this experience with exceptional treatment, characterized by his genuine kindness and dedication. We were delighted to see Alexis and Don Omar, who have such fond memories and friendship over the years. The trails of the place are simply from another planet: a unique natural experience that further elevates the charm of the destination. We shared this wonderful experience with a group of friends from Mexico, and we all agreed that it was an outstanding stay, full of memorable moments. We had a lovely visit for spring break! All the staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was spacious and clean with great air conditioning! The grounds were beautiful and meticulously maintained.

Unfortunately we were given a room next to a Noisy major road ,room 401. Even before we unpacked we asked to change rooms but told there full up and no other rooms available 😡 apart from our trip of 22 people the place seemed empty Rooms themselves had very dated furniture Luckily for us we only stayed there for 3 nights at the end of our holiday Every single person on our trip complained about the road noise The bar staff couldn’t understand or speak English,it was chore trying to get any service Breakfast service was horrendous having to ask for everything,out of 1 small food display fridge no cold water available unless you bought it from the bar Wouldn’t recommend this hotel , it says 4 stars on the front of the reception Defo no more than 2 Avoid
