The Falls Resort

What an amazing stay we had at The Falls by Lailbela. The location, space and room was beautiful. It is located in the perfect area where one can explore nature and stores within the town. Our room each day was clean smelling and comfortable. The staff and service was great- the staff is extremely accommodating. Highly recommend this hotel!

I had an amazing stay at The Falls in Costa Rica! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome. Alondra, Amy, Alexander, Jose, and honestly everyone on the team were incredibly kind, helpful, and went above and beyond throughout my stay. The hotel is very unassuming from the outside, but once you step inside, it feels like a beautiful tropical rainforest oasis. The location is fantastic, the food was delicious, and the rooms were spotless, comfortable, and impeccably maintained by the housekeeping team. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about this place!!! It was so incredibly peaceful and beautiful even though we were right near everything. The pool area and bar are stunning! The staff was AMAZING ! So kind and helpful! Made us feel like friends, gave fantastic recommendations and advice. Shout out to Jose and Andres at the restaurant! The included breakfast was delicious and filling. The housekeeping service was BEYOND AMAZING!! Best of all, it was not pretentious at all.
