Basic hotel on the waterfront in Quepos. There are a few small shops and restaurants nearby and the bus station is around the corner. There's no easy access to a beach in the area, but a short $1 bus ride will get you to lovely sandy options. Most of the hotel is open to the air, but the rooms themselves have air conditioning. Beds conformtable, hot water availability was so so. Breakfast was good, served from a simple menu with a mixture of international options.

Overall room was clean, bed was hard, not comfortable at all. Staff very attentive. Pool quite small.plenty of loungers. Easy walking to shopping,restaurants. Parking inconvenient, street parking nightmare finding one. Breakfast was good options were limited, but tasted good.

The room was fine, with daily cleaning. We were four people and comfortable. The area to get around at night is not the best, and the hotel does not offer many alternatives to solve it. We've been to reception to get them to help with deliveries and little could be done. It is the first time that it has happened to me in that chain, that the hotel does not conform with what is presented on the web, both in its structure and in its proximity to tourist places. The value for money was bad as we paid as if we were in a four star hotel.
