Plaza Real

The staff at this Hotel were simply amazing! They made us feel at home and treated us like family. Our flight arrived late at night, and the front desk staff came to the car to help us with our bags, both upon our arrival and when we checked out. They recommended things for us to do, and places to visit. Our flight departed more than twelve hours after check out time. This was not a problem, because the hotel held our bags for free, and gave us the opportunity to explore for a few more hours. We will definitely stay here again.

We spend 3 months in Costa Rica in Hotel Plaza Real & Apartaments. We been very well attended by the staff and by the owners, the entire team let us feel like at home. The great attention definitely been a difference when you are so long away your place. We definitely recommend to stay there.

We chose this hotel for the convenient location between airport and downtown, spending our first and last night of this trip at this beautiful hotel. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful and all spoke English. The complementary breakfast was exceptional. Parking was safe (enclosed) and convenient. The hotel was clean and quiet. quiet
