DO NOT BOOKED THIS HOTEL, the owner was super unfriendly and super rude, the rooms had a smell of humidity, theres isnt parking, the pool is always too dirty to swin i went with my family and it was a horrible experience. When we ask the owner for help she will always reply with rudes answers. NEVER RETURNING TO THIS HOTEL

I would call it the door to hell! The owner is extremely rude. The pool looked green because of how dirty it was. The ugly breakfast. The bathroom didn't work, the air conditioning never got cold. It doesn't have space for the car. No coffee or ice available. We noticed the money in this hotel. Of the worst!

I booked through Booking.com. I was given the option, "pay when you arrive" and they charged my card two days before my stay, outside of their advertised policy on the site. When I made the complaint, I was ignored.
