better personal control of cleaning and administration so that they don't surprise you with charges for items not consumed

Overall, the hotel was excellent. The grounds were beautiful and had every amenity. Had problems with the inhouse telephone system all week and was not resolved. The conceirge was fabulous.

I think that was our last trip to Barcelona! We loved it, but it keeps getting worse. The 6th floor is horrible. They don't give bottled sodas, they make faces, they don't refill the food, the night shift gentleman is super annoyed by being asked for things, the premium is horrible
