Large room very clean, well located for accessing the old town without being disturbed by the noises of the city. Very useful free parking. Breakfast available but not tested.

I took it because I needed a place very close to downtown and with parking for our rental car. The parking is spacious and well and the rooms are also good size with comfortable beds and a full bathroom. Owner Ancor was so friendly and caring that she even had bath towels and sun cream for you to use on the beach, of course free. It has a wonderful terrace downstairs with sea views where we let breakfast and dinner. It is close to the center, about 7 minutes to the pile door, but with many steps like all Dubrovnik. Next door you have two super and a bakery.

Superb value for money. Excellent location is truly within walking distance to old town. Very clean and neat rooms, nice vathrooms en suite. Peacefull environment by night. Fantastic views to old town on back terrace. Free parking for you car. Warm and friendly service. Tip: take the breakfast which was 10€/person. Overall: Warm recommendation!
