The Longer we stayed the better we liked it had taxi in 3/4 minutes every time

The main asset of this hotel is its location and the kindness of the staff. Room cleaned every day, clean, and a guaranteed peel thanks to the slightly rough towels! Be careful, the lounge chairs and umbrellas are for a fee (€40 for 2 per day!) and the evening meal is really not worth it. And we were subjected to horrible smells (sewage?) several evenings. Fortunately, Dubrovnik is magnificent and the bus right in front of the hotel is super convenient. Once again, thanks to the very helpful and efficient team!

Location is ideal and close to promenade and beach access. Hotel hallways and rooms are dated and could use upgrade. Many stairs and no elevator. You have to carry your luggage down a hill then stairs to get to reception which then leads to more stairs to the rooms. Breakfast buffet is delicious. The room and bathroom could be cleaner upon check in.
