Apartment Lidija is a comfortable and convenient option located just a short 5–10 minute drive from Dubrovnik Airport. It’s particularly suitable for travellers arriving on late-night long-haul flights or those with early morning departures, offering a decent place to rest before or after a journey. While the location is close to the airport, it can be somewhat tricky to find, and getting there requires a car or Uber, as walking isn’t practical despite the short distance. The apartment is tucked away in the quiet local village of Zvekovica, offering a glimpse of local life. There’s a small Studenac Market and a bar/restaurant within walking distance, which is handy for basic needs. We were allocated a room at the back of the property labelled “Mountain View.” However, the view is rather average—it overlooks a communal area with outdoor seating where guests can relax. The room itself is compact and may feel tight for couples, especially those travelling with large suitcases, as there’s limited space to open or store luggage. That said, the bed was comfortable and the en-suite shower was clean and functional. It’s worth noting that there are no cooking or laundry facilities in these back-facing rooms, and breakfast is not provided. This property is not classified as a bed-and-breakfast, so guests will need to make their own arrangements for breakfast at nearby cafes or markets. Overall, Apartment Lidija is a clean and comfortable choice for a brief overnight stay near the airport, with the essentials needed for a good rest.
