Roko House

Best hotel in Dubrovnik. The service is amazing! Highly recommend

Roko House is situated on top of a pizza restaurant- you get 20% off there as a guest and 30% off at the restaurant opposite! The rooms are clean and comfortable if a little small, there is a kettle and complimentary coffee sachets and plenty of towels. There is not a maid service. The stairs are a bit of challenge with no bannister but the rooftop terrace is worth the climb and the views stunning. The host is friendly and very helpful.

We stayed in one of the studio rooms which was a good size and had a fridge, kettle, cuppa and glasses. The room was very nice, but It took me a few days to not hit my thigh on bottom of the bed which jutted out! The location is excellent and it wasn't too difficult to find. As other people have mentioned the staircase is narrow and spiral with no hand rail, hard work carrying luggage. Would not advise for anyone with mobility issues. One final point, there didn't appear to be a smoke detector in the room or in the stairwell. In the days of folks charging items with lithium batteries, and there only being one exit, this is an oversight by the property owner
