Due to the Coronavirus pandemic we are unable to travel to Croatia in May for a friend's wedding. I contacted the property to ask politely for a refund and they refused, even in this global crisis they are still reluctant to provide refunds when customers aren't able to stay due to GOVERNMENT RESTRICTIONS. I am having to go further to get my money back. Nobody could foresee these circumstances. It is appalling. I now wouldn't want to ever stay here.

Stayed as a Mum and two kids and while it was a hike to get to the apartment and the first contact was a bit confusing we checked in and all was fine. Nice to have two separate rooms, kids had plenty of space upstairs. Beds weren’t the most comfortable but when you walk and explore all day you sleep heavy either way! Handy to have a kitchenette for breakfasts, rooms were clean and tidy. Happy with stay.

A million steps to get to the apartment with heavy luggage was not a great start. The host was terrible to communicate with, even in an emergency. The bed was back-breaking or should I say beds are they were just small single beds shoved together! The fridge didn't work properly. The step going into the bathroom is dangerous and the shower itself is too small for even a child! It's situated between two hostels so the noise was loud most nights. Never again will we come back to this place.
