Let me start by saying if you like to be controlled and live under rules and constant supervision then go ahead and book it. If obviously not, please continue reading. :) The apartment is in a great location there’s no arguing in that. Super close to everything but far enough from the noises too. The disappointing experience was very much created by the owner. Rude. Showed us the place and basically said “I can already tell you girls are trouble.” (He was not joking). Apparently being on holiday with your girlfriends automatically meant we would bring boys home. He then proceeded to point out where all the cameras were which made us very uncomfortable. Felt like there would be cameras inside the apt too. Plus there was a table outside with 4 chairs, he decided to remove and only leave the exact amount of chairs we needed to ensure we do not bring anyone. Same as other reviews where we were asked to not open windows and not make any noises coming in. If I’m honest, the owner is not much different to a prison guard. We were monitored at all times as owner lived next door. The experience was just horrible, never had so many rules in one tiny apartment. Made our holiday less relaxing.

Our apartment is spacious and clean. We have an outdoor spot but doesn't look like that pic. Have a garden and fruit trees. Very nice. Host is a hoot. BOZO but pronounced Bozho. He doesn't care! Washing machine a gift from God after a week on a small boat. Clothes lines more than adequate. AC is a gift from God ditto the ceiling fan in the bedroom. We have been a week on a small, hot boat!!! If we were to return, we would return here as well.

We visited Dubrovnik in June 2018 -3 adults n 2 children (aged 12 and 7) and stayed in the apt.It was a clean and comfortable apt.in a quiet area with a supermarket at a 2 minute walking distance and easy and frequent bus accessibility to the old town n good eating places in the vicinity. But a few changes will add more value to the place. There are 2 bathrooms which are very tiny ,a big built person will have problems getting into the shower cubicle ! Hot water finishes fast n one has to wait to take a shower. Bozo , the owner, is very helpful but is paranoid about doors banging n can make an issue . A simple door stopper can solve the problem. And he is a stickler for time.
