No WiFi in the room Faucet in the shower drips 24 st so everything is always wet. Shower curtain and windows in the bathroom speak for you in the pictures. There is no toilet paper or dish towels or kitchen roll. On request when the bed linen is changed would be said after 7 days that did not happen. Towels change after the first 3 days took place but not after. The Great Restaurant in the pictures no longer exists . Mini golf course available but not playable. Pyramid of Pula "lost place" come down. Room very dated, small and noisy. Those who seek peace are wrong here. No showers by the water. In general, everything here is very outdated and partly broken.

Very disappointing experience at Horizont Resort. We booked a sea-view apartment, but the view was mostly blocked by trees. The sink was installed almost above the toilet, which made it very uncomfortable to use. The toilet door lock was broken and squeaked loudly, and the air conditioner was extremely dirty when we arrived. Reception promised to move us to a better apartment if we paid for cleaning, but when the apartment became available, they refused. This is our third year staying here, but this was the worst apartment and the worst service we have ever experienced.

Mega worn and the pictures on booking.com's website are total shame. We had booked an apartment for 4 people, but the apartment we got on arrival was again way furnished for 4 people, unless you want to spend your holiday moving around on suitcase, tables, chairs and drawers when sleeping on the sofa bed or eating dinner, or just getting out on the terrace. The apartment was sad and worn as well as not very clean and welcoming. However, we could be allowed against payment to upgrade to a better apartment. Now neither booking.com nor the site will take responsibility for who is responsible for the pictures on booking.com's website. Total shame.
