Incredibly arrogant and cheeky staff. Especially the main manager, who laughs in the customer's face when they complain and simply walks away. To me, a woman, it was unacceptable! Never, please no one come here again! One pays for a nice time and then the entire staff and MANAGER ruin it. Incredible! (He commands in which language one should speak to him, not the guests or make compromises)

The structure is a bit out of the center of Umag. The only flaw. Otherwise, the stay is truly excellent. Modern style. I believe it has been renovated quite recently. The structure is beautiful, the lobby is welcoming, and the reading and bar area is nice. The room is large and well-furnished. The bathroom has a spacious shower. The bed is comfortable. The room is quiet. The breakfast area is spacious and comfortable (excellent and varied for both savory and sweet options) and dinner. I have also dined several times and I must say it is moderately acceptable. The outdoor pool is beautiful. The indoor pool is also beautiful and quite large. The gym and spa area is excellent with a beautiful sauna. The beach area is well-equipped with a beautiful garden nearby. The parking is very convenient.

The hotel is a good recently renovated 4-star hotel, in 2025. And this is evident in every corner of the hotel, including the very beautiful rooms equipped with everything needed for a good stay. The cleanliness and services offered are also excellent, with a positive mention for the spa (for ages 16 and up) and the indoor pool suitable for younger guests as well. The half board was an excellent option given the advantageous price, although the variety of food could be improved as well as the preparation of some dishes. It is worth noting that drinks are not included (which is understandable), but they have exorbitant prices. €6 for a 75cl bottle of water. Additionally, the checkout at 10 AM is quite early; an extra hour of flexibility would be a significant added value. Overall, an excellent experience in the low season at a competitive price. It would be worth reevaluating in the high season.
