Hotel Bellevue

Elegant and modern hotel with kind stuff and amazing spa area. Comfortable and clean rooms.

I have left my leather jacket in the room , called reception 3 hours later we left the hotel the receptionist promised to call back but never did, I chased them the next day by then they said the jacket is missing. Asked the staff to investigate staff and review camera becuse I was wearing the jacket the last night, they kept this investigation for weeks and nothing has happened. Only staff had a card access to my room this is upsetting. We stayed ín the camp Cikat nearby in August as well and nothing diaappeared ! Shame on a Five Star hotel to let this happen

The hotel is located in a simply spectacular location: breathtaking landscapes, relaxing atmosphere, and a structure that impresses with elegance and comfort. The stay was overall fabulous, but with some nuances to take into account. The rooms were impeccable, thanks especially to Emanuel, an extraordinary guy who took care of my room every day with attention, precision and kindness. A true professional who deserves a special mention. Breakfast was one of the most amazing experiences: a riot of flavors and variety. Fresh fish, juices, colorful fruit showcases, cheeses of all kinds, Chinese corner, desserts and cakes... a real culinary journey in the morning! The spa was spotless and organized with great care, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Even the gym impressed me for the beauty of the spaces and the helpfulness of the staff, always smiling and very very kind. Sore note: the internal restaurants. Unfortunately not up to the rest. Definitely high prices and anonymous dishes, devoid of personality. A missed opportunity in a context that deserved much more. In summary: a hotel that leaves its mark, with excellent services and a team of extraordinary people. If they improved the internal gastronomic offer, it would be really perfect.
