Worn-out rooms, high prices compared to the quality of the places. Small bathroom and shower

Very nice hotel seen from the outside, rooms dated with 70s carpet and little cared for. there is a minibar, bathtub with shower, (I wonder how an elderly person can do) a bad smell in the corridor. the location is perfect, close to the center and overlooking the river. Too bad that our rooms had a balcony overlooking the inner courtyard with walls all dilapidated and terraces full of motors for the air conditioner. on the other hand the breakfast really great. I did not get to test the restaurant.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food and drinks for 3* hotel very fine. Equipment lousy. Mould in the shower, sockets shake, floor damaged on the corridor to the room and marked with warning sign, room cards deficient, roof of the conservatory leaking in case of rain. In need of renovation! Where is the money from the inflated prices on the coast of Croatia ? This would enable a listed architectural gem to be refurbished for the future. Too bad, unfortunately
