Unfortunately or thank goodness our trip didn’t happen as my partner needed an emergency pancreas surgery. I informed booking about our situation and they promised to get back to me within 48 hours to get me an answer if my cancellation fees(50% of the total price) can be waved. They did come back to me as promised but with no answer as the owner didn’t get back to them. On their advice I contacted the owner personally and until today 5 days later I didn’t get any reply. The only message I’ve got from them was on the day of my reservation when they are asking for the deposit money to be paid.
If it’s about the money, your business sir/madam will soon run out of naive guests who are hoping for any tipe of compensation or answer about it. Also you should improve your standard as paying in advance and then leave additional 300€ deposit for any damage isn’t professional especially if your guests house is not as described and dirty as documented by many of your guests so in the end I have lost “only” the deposit, didn’t have any stress and didn’t need to pay for something which is unacceptable if you are a good host.
By the way, my partner’s surgery went well and we are looking forward for our holiday in September as far away as possible from your holiday home.
Booking should keep eye on you as they have their standards too.

Good sightseing, big apartment in a beautiful house. That's all. All the rest is poor. You must pay cash. Pool is green. Furnitures are old and bad. Bedroom was D'Annunzio style, full of velvet, hot. Kitchen is tiny, fridge is tiny. Internet doesn't work. Plugs are bad, A/C can't reach all the rooms. Garden is not cut. No enough space for parking when full.

A lot different to the pictures. The pool was very green when we arrived, which the owners said was down to rain, however rain doesn’t account for the muck/dirt all around the sides. The green colour did eventually change and we did see the floor of the pool being cleaned by a machine each morning. The pool area is extremely tired, broken furniture, flooring and ashtrays full of cigarettes ends, dirty and tired cushions. The accommodation was tired looking and parts of it unclean. The facilities where suitable for our stay of five nights small kitchen as we ate in twice. Although the apartment is very small so five nights was enough. There are no curtains on the glass door which meant those sleeping in the living area had sun streaking in very early, this also effected bedroom. A walk down the hill to the town was pleasant. Very quiet area which was nice. Yes there is a sea view from the front door but it’s over the cars and through the trees. The patio area was not so nice to sit out on as it was on the carpark. Parking was a bit of a free for all and up a steep hill. The host was lovely and welcoming but the place has the ability to be wonderful if it had a tidy up. The view from the pool is pretty.
Booking.com said it took card payments but when I gave my card over the host was not impressed saying cash only. I said I don’t carry that much cash and she eventually took my card payment.
