A nuce mini flat, quite big and well structured, in a good position (close to beaches, not too far from the city center, relatively good bus connections). A few negative aspects: no view to the sea (we were at -1 level apartment, but for other flats was different), a broken door to the terrace, dirty shower curtain. Very nice staff.

Found the place with the sat nav no problem. Plenty parking outside the building on a quiet street situated just a 5 min walk down to the beaches. Met with a very friendly welcome and communication throughout our 6 night stay was excellent. Only a short taxi ride costing around 50kuna into the old town of Split. Excellent links to main roads for exploring the beautiful coastline. The rooms are clean and basic with good air con and a simple patio area. There is no housekeeping throughout the stay so everything must be washed using the machine provided in the bathroom. Rubbish is to be emptied to the bins outside the building. Wifi was very good for 4 nights then suddenly became really poor to non existent in the last 2 days. Overall it was a pleasant enough place to stay and gave us a good base for exploring this amazing part of the world.

It's a mordern nice and spacious apartments in front of the beach. All the necessities are provided with in the apartment and super market is near by. Well connected by public transport so you can easily visit center. The other option is 30 minutes walk along side the beach front. It's a very nice walk, just make sure you don't leave the beach front as in between there are patches where taking the road looks more logical but that will reduce the pleasure of walk by half. The studio apartment doesn't have sea view but it has big verandah which is really very useful and makes apartment a lot bigger. So for me it was a plus. On things to improve, there is no street light for around 100 m when you are approaching the apartment. So when you are returning home late night, it could cause some concern. Also the owner or receptionist should write on email exact way to reach apartment. I faced difficulty in locating the apartmemt. In case you have car or in case you have coratian cell number then both these issues you can ignore.
