Apartments In Trogir

This time we stayed in the smallest apartment, perfect for the two of us as it included a private garden to sit out in. As we expected our hosts the Smuketa family were more than welcoming, and it was a delight to meet some new younger members of the family for the first time - new additions since our last visit in 2013. The facilities were spotless, with all you needed for a stay in the apartment, air conditioning was a welcome benefit given that the temperatures were consistently higher that usually expected in early June. Its been mentioned before, the location is ideal with a short walk to the bridge into Trogir and the Bura ferry terminal to Split. There a small supermarkets close by for virtually all your daily requirements, but items like fruit, local meat products are better purchased at the market in Trogir as there is greater choice from competing stall holders. Try bargaining if you are comfortable with the language! The highlight of our stay (apart from the obvious -Trogir itself) has to be the welcome you receive from the Smuketa Family - we won't leave it so long before returning next time.

What a lovely family to spend your holiday with! The apartment is spotlessly clean, and had everything you could need for a short stay(although a small chest of drawers would be handy). A short walk into Trogir, with the bakers round the corner for fresh bread in the mornings!!! Yummy!The family were so helpful even taking in our clothes when the rain came on!!! Transfer to and from airport no problem. I would return, no doubt. Favourite was having our own wee garden to sit and relax, very private.

This is a lovely clean apartment which contains everything you might need. It is a short distance outside Trogir but there is a bakers and other shops even nearer. The family did everything they could to make us feel welcome and even gave us a lift to the bus station at the end of our stay to save us carrying our luggage, a very pleasant stay, well situated for the town of Trogir
