Air conditioner set at 26.5!!!!! When I asked if they could make it cooler, it was set at 26! Room fridge warmer than the room. Ceiling fan didn’t work! Power point by bed did not work. Shower head kept falling off! Beds very hard! Reception staff excellent, but others hit and miss. As mentioned by others, you feel like an inconvenience. Pool still not operating, nor gym but not advertised by hotel. Rooms are ok and cleaning satisfactory. ONLY positive of this hotel, is its location. They’re lucky they are the ONLY hotel on the beach. Very expensive for what you get….or DON’T get! Do not recommend! Get a villa on the beach!

We just spent the end of May and the beginning of June, a week at the Zora Hotel in Primosten. Our reservation included a star circuit "Natural Wonders of Croatia." Upon arrival, we loved the beautiful setting of Primosten. Two small peninsulas, one with the village, the other with the hotel in a pine forest and surrounded by beaches. Regarding the Zora Hotel, it is an older establishment that deserves an exterior renovation, but all the interior areas are in good condition and clean. The rooms and bathrooms are also clean and welcoming. Housekeeping is done properly every day. The staff is very kind and helpful, whether at the reception, the bar, or the restaurant. Regarding the dining, the dishes presented are simple without much creativity and repetitive. We included in our full board package "water and wine with meals." No beer or sparkling water available at the restaurant, unfortunately. For breakfast, there is nothing to complain about; there was something for every taste. Note: The prices of drinks at the bar are high, and we noticed the same thing outside in the bars/restaurants. During this week, we made incredible visits on our circuit; this region of Croatia is truly beautiful. A big thank you to Lucija, our guide, who accompanied us throughout the week. A big thank you also to the two animators, Morgane and Lorenza from Club Jumbo, for their kindness and their activities. In conclusion, we recommend this destination and this star circuit as well as the Zora Hotel. We really enjoyed it.

Nice hotel, spacious rooms, bathroom with toilet, some small renovation to do. The staff and facilitators are very welcoming and attentive. Only negative point meals, very little varied
