The property is one of the closest to town with its own parking. You can walk to town in 5-7 min through quiet streets and pet the many cats along the way. This property and many like it are all on the "hotel road" that runs along the south shore and have parking on site. The accommodations to the west of town often do not have on site parking and require you to park nearby and schlepp your luggage to the property, Maslina, for example. There are few buildings nearby with plenty of open space allowing panoramic views from east to west. The best of the four rooms are the two rooms on the 1st floor (ground floor has two identical rooms) that allow an even better view, although all rooms have good views. The apartment is equipped with all the basics but a proper sized bath towel, a toaster and microwave are needed. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Property was clean. The bedroom, kitchen and bathroom have built-in pulldown bug screens, a necessity for much of the summer. It is also air conditioned with a split system (unit is outside; fan is inside), so it's quiet. A restaurant managed by an outside company is located in the bottom back of the building. It's quiet and unobtrusive. The bed is firm and comfortable. Propane gas for the stove and night lamps need to be turned on/plugged in when you arrive. There are 2 restaurants, two small grocery stores, an ATM and a dive shop in town. Food and prices at the restaurants were in line with Croatian standards. The grocery stores are primarily packaged products; bring fresh food from Zadar. The German run dive shop was a disappointment. Shore dives (no boat), utterly boring dive sites with no coral or fish and too many divers to dive guide ratio. We were 9 to 1. Prices are the same as full blown operations with boats, better sites and more experienced personnel. I recommend Apartmi Milin overall based on price, location, spaciousness, friendliness and amenities. 8.5/10

We stayed for 9 nights in ap nr 1.The ap is composed from 2 rooms ,a living with a small kitchen that was very well equiped .we had there a fridge ,electrical stove,plates and a microwave which was more than enough.there is also a dishwasher . Both rooms had air conditioner.in the living there is a tv set ,a leather couch ,a table with 6 chairs. the bedroom is very big and has a double bed witch is very comfy and also another couch that we had not use. the bathroom is nice not very big but good enough. the ap is very very clean and very well keeped . the owners are very nice ,always ready to help and very correct. we really enjoyed our stay there and will come back again. very good value for the money!
