Villa Puntamika

Went to Zadar recently with my girlfriend and enjoyed a fantastic 1 week stay. Firstly the location was ideal, just outside of the main town of Zadar. This suited us perfectly as we were looking for a relaxed getaway. The apartment itself was extremely pleasing, had everything we needed. It was more of a home away from home. We felt very relaxed immediately from our arrival. Also the owners are in contact and easily accessible, giving advice and recommendations of the local area. They also have an agent who is living close by and is on hand to help. A* - Highly recommended

This apartment was lovely and had everything we needed. We were on the 1st floor so no views but the bed was comfortable and the apartment was very clean and spacious. The balcony had furniture to sit on and the location was excellent. It is a quiet peaceful area with lovely views of the marina and beach, however you can get to the old town by bus or little tourist train within 5-10 minutes. We had a car and there was parking available which is always a bonus in Croatia. This apartment was definitely a bit hard to find. If you go up the street it is on, you get to a fork in the road. Don't turn right as the street dog legs and goes straight up. The apartment is further up the road. If you are going to try and find it at night, then good luck. Thankfully we arrived in daylight. We would definitely stay here again. It was a really nice apartment and a fabulous location. We really enjoyed Puntamika.

Quite honestly one of the best places we have stayed at on our travels in Europe by a country mile! It was a self catering booking which was unusual for us but it was a real 5 star establishment. The studio apartment was very spacious with all the amenities one would require elegantly furnished and came with a balcony(with furniture) with panoramic views of the marina PLUS THE OLD TOWN OF ZADAR AND surrounding islands.Throughout the place there were skylights thus giving you further views of the area....perfect! The owner Ines was friendly courteous and very professional. Our flight came in quite late and she waited for us to arrive at around 23 00.Nothing was too much trouble.The location was perfect in the marina of puntakima with a short 10min ride to the centre of the Zadar/Old town.There are plenty of authentic restaurants in the area plus the usual supermarkets. If you are looking for a place to stay in Zadar,don't waste your time just book it, you will not be disappointed guys...we weren't !! PS. If a couple, ask for the studio apartment it is so roomy and as stated has everything....all you need is yourselves and your food! PPS. Ines even did some shopping for us that evening so we would have an assortment of our requirements in the fridge ready for our arrival.
