Club Amigo Caracol

Great resort. Not five star. Was there in Dec 2024 and March 2025. But for a budget traveler, it is relaxing. It is a bit secluded as you have to ravel 3.5 hrs by bus from Cayo Coco. I like the resort as I know the people there. Love the beach, love the ambiance. The rooms are nice. Always good food. Some shortages but that is to be expected. The resort is small enough to get to know the other guests. Will be back.

Really a bad, unpleasant experience that leaves bad taste and takes away your desire to return. The food lacks variety, the sweets are counted and guarded by a hotel worker, wait more than 45 minutes lining up to enter dinner, and have dinner what? Sausages, yes, sausages and semi-raw boiled fish was the only thing for protein dinner, the ice cream was finished in the first hour when at 2 hours they were still having dinner. At breakfast there was no milk or yogurt, no red wine, the staff lacks resources for a good cocktail, say lemon, sparkling water, sparkling soft drinks. The hotel lacks the slightest recreation staff and to finish the great sweltering heat of the restaurant due to the poor states of the air conditioners.

Good morning I am pleased with the attention we have received at the hotel, the attention of the restaurant service was good, the beach and pool are great a beautiful locality, the recreational methods of the animation group are at a great level, all workers have strived to make our vacation as pleasant as possible thanks for everything we will return soon
