I stayed in different hotels in Cuba. I really didn't like this one. The cleanliness of the premises left something to be desired. The food was more than ordinary (although my standards were not high considering the context in Cuba). I didn't like the atmosphere in general. But I must admit that the beach (sea) of this hotel is beautiful! As beautiful, if not more so than Playa Pilar.

We enjoyed our shortened stay and offer the following comments based on our experiences: ..Food and drinks 5 /5 no issues ..Staff 5/5 one of the best parts ..Resort appearance 4/5 ..Resort interior infrastructure is 2/5 no hot water to shower once we luke warm water , ac not working as designed controls did not work, no water at all on three occasions We will return in the future understanding this issues are important to the resort management
