Our stay at the Royalton Bayamo has been one of the best hotel experiences we have had in Cuba. From day one, the treatment of the staff makes a difference. Everyone, without exception, welcomes you with a closeness and affection that are not faked. They make you feel safe, calm and cared for, as if they have known you all your life, always looking for solutions to make your stay perfect. The room is spacious, very clean, with a very comfortable bed and a balcony with direct views of Parque Cespedes, ideal to enjoy the atmosphere of Bayamo. The location is privileged, in the historic center. We tried breakfast, lunch and dinner, and everything was exquisite, accompanied by a really outstanding restaurant attention. We have visited many hotels in the country, but we have never felt so well treated. We leave with sorrow and a desire to return.

Beautiful and cozy hotel despite being small is charming comfortable and very clean rooms with spectacular hubicity and panoramic view of the city service of excellence from reception. waitresses to restaurant and bar clerks of the Lobby very friendly all without omitting any of the shifts actually was an incredible experience where the comfort and professional ethics of its workers predominate without doubt I return to this wonderful place and highly recommend it
