This hotel was comfortable and the service was excellent. Hotel Manager Evan was very helpful and provided great service. The hotel is located centrally and near all the action. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Baracoa. Mike Theiss

Very friendly and helpfull staff, comfortable beds in a mid size room with a clean bathroom. Breakfast is good and included in the roomprice of 44 C. Spaceous lobby, very professional in-house travel agency (ecotur) and on 40 meters from the central square, Parque Independencia.

This is a 2 star hotel. As with some other places where we stayed I surmise that it is the lack of a lift which precipitates such a low rating. If it had been classed as 4 star I would not have raised an eyebrow. It is a large converted house built around a courtyard. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom facilities were first rate and the air con was efficient without being noisy. Breakfast was served in the bar/reception area and was plentiful and good quality. Dinner is not available, but it is only a short walk to the town centre where there is a wide choice of restaurants. The bar staff here made the best mojitos which I tasted in Cuba. Highly recommended.
