Aparthotel Las Terrazas

Our stay at the hotel had highlights and others that require urgent attention. On the one hand, the assigned building was newly renovated, impeccably clean and in excellent condition, which we appreciate. However, as is the case throughout the city, there were frequent power outages, and we were surprised that the hotel generator did not have fuel to mitigate these situations. As for the food, **the food was exquisite and very well made**, and the staff showed friendliness and professionalism throughout, something we greatly value. The greatest contrast is found on the beach: **the landscape is simply beautiful**, but unfortunately **it was neglected and with accumulation of waste**. In addition, the hotel does not offer basic services such as sun loungers or umbrellas, which makes it difficult to enjoy the surroundings. We consider **the beach to be the main attraction for guests**, so it is urgent that the property assumes a more active role in its maintenance and comfort. Finally, we suggest **improving signage** (perhaps with visible signs or flags), as the location is unclear to visitors. It is a shame to see that more than 50% of the resort is in ruins, as **with a suitable investment, this place could become a top notch all-inclusive resort**. We hope that the authorities and the management team will take note of these details to transform this space into the destination it deserves to be.

The staff's attention in general is quite good although they are not very proactive in offering solutions. The apartment we had (705) is one of the renovated ones, so it had a TV (which cannot be used because it is not installed) and a refrigerator, the climate in the rooms was good, just point out in the apartment that the windows do not offer security because they do not They close, something that was raised without a response from the hotel. Another aspect is the gastronomy in the restaurant (or dining room because it has more of a restaurant than a restaurant), the service is super slow, without many offers, the food is cold and the disorder when serving and the non-compliance with gastronomy standards is the basics on this site. The GREEN pool perhaps to match the vegetation of the place but without the possibility of using it under these conditions. It is a shame that a place that with little can be a lot does not give it the required attention.

The New Year's Eve is one of the best I have had, the dinner on the 31st was excellent but everything is the treatment of all the workers from the director to the maintenance of the entity with impeccable cleanliness as well as the gardens, which are quite a few. Thank you.
