Small rustic hotel in the very center of Havana Cuba. Nice clean and spacious rooms. Very polite staff starting from the reception staff when u first check in , all the service staff (barmen,waiters/waitress till the cleaners). As mentioned above everything it’s in a walking distance

Hotel Florida is situated in the street Obispo, which is a main street that is fairly central to key places to eat, drink, to purchase wifi card, and see places of interest. The location of the Hotel is fairly central to every thing. We accessed a free walking tour around the city where the meeting place for the tour was within walking distance at the end of the street. You will need to purchase a wifi card to use around the city, there are certain wifi hotspots were you can access the wifi, or restaurants have free wifi if you purchase a meal there. You can also purchase a wifi card from Hotel Florida but this can only be used in the hotel, it is slightly more expensive to purchase the hotels card. We didn't we used the Hotels wifi card. I would describe Hotel Florida as shabby chic, it is a historically beautiful hotel, original features and furniture, I felt I was in a 1940s movie set. We stayed at this hotel two nights, it was supposed be three nights, however, we were informed that they were doing some work on the hotel and everyone had to leave. We were informed that we had to stay at another hotel - which was a great improvement on the Hotel Florida.

A beautiful and fantastic hotel with good architectural building and long columns located near to Obisp street where you can see lots of interesting stuff. It has a very good customer service. I do recommend this hotel.
