Hotel located in Old Havana in a good position; parking is not available, and it is complicated to keep the car safe. The restaurant services are acceptable. I visited the hotel three times in a row, not as a guest but as a visitor. The first time we were in the restaurant on the first floor outside, and the service was somewhat acceptable, although they lack quality in some food preparations. The second time, a few days ago, we tried to access the Bar Las Terrazas but could not settle in because we found an atmosphere crowded with many people, something like a nightclub, with dancing, extremely loud music, people standing and sitting with little capacity. We could not access a table. We were surprised by the bad atmosphere we saw and left the place. The third time we were again on the first floor of the hotel outside, meaning the portals, and it was somewhat chaotic due to the crowd of people. We did not understand the reason for so many people concentrated there, entering from time to time. The food service this last time was good, and the staff was respectful.
