Hotel H10 Habana Panorama

I stayed for 2 times at this hotel, I found it comfortable with friendly and helpful staff, for a couple of times I also took advantage of the restaurants within the property, good food and well cooked.

It was our first time in this nice hotel, I love the location a lot, it is not far from the old section of Habana, food was great, cleaning was made in our room everyday, the service is great, and we want to thank you Eduardo Cervantes one of the manager of the hotel to make our stay adorable and much memorable, for him all the best in life, we planned to come back soon, Continue doing your amazing job!!!

Ok, So where to start... we did not actually select to stay at this hotel, it was provided to us as a prt of an overnight excursion. The good: looks good The bad: from far So sort of looks fancy, but wherever you look you have a great opportunity to be disappointed. Elevators do not really work Pool is not clean Tiles around the pool have been torn off Childpool full of something (concrete remains) Food is actually eatable, globally maybe 2 star level Main entrance doors are broken Credit cards ”officially are accepted”, but the machine never works (atm does though) Housekeeping telephobe lady does not speak English (hallo, hallooooo?) Far from the center, in the middle of a construction site Nice lobby, probably sitting on the sofa would provide the disappointment. Not recommended.
