In general, the hotel is clean and the staff is very attentive, but there are no supplies, no food, no variety in anything, and I am not talking about luxuries, just basic things like sugar to sweeten coffee, warm beer, and on the first day we arrived, there wasn't even any beer, no soft drinks, no snacks. On the buffet table, you might find a cat on the table, birds roaming around the place and even on the plates, a situation normalized by the staff who do not even take the trouble to scare them away. The sheets and towels are not changed, the menu consists of tasteless grilled shredded beef, they do not even provide any seasoning or anything to accompany it. The breakfasts are terrible; if you come with children, there is neither yogurt nor milk, etc., only sugar-free juices, and well, something positive is that there were eggs at least. Overall, it is a disrespect to the customer; I do not recommend this place, far from being a hotel, it is a lack of popular camping.

I start with the good and I must say that the hygiene of the pool is very good, the perfect recreation and the clerks in general have very good attention (the clerks can not work magic) now I tell you why I do not suggest coming to this hotel, the hygiene of the Dismal Room, they do not change the towels, nor the linen (they tend the bed but do not change the sheets), they clean very late the room, they put 1 pome of water the first day and they do not put more water (you have to pay the small bottle at 1 USD per card), at the buffet table there is no sugar to make in the juices or shakes, there is no ice sometimes to cool the drinks, the food like yellow rice and bean on one occasion was made to lose, the food is not varied, there is no ice cream but have filled the sweets that by the way are quite rich, many customers for little supply, I suppose it is because of the number of hotels that are closed like the Tainos, sometimes there is no beer or if they are not hot and without ice, in the part of the cafe have very good treatment and always have coffee and tea (and sugar very important), the glasses do not scrub them with detergent in the buffet. Anyway the attention is good but as I told you no if there are inputs the local workers can not work magic, it is a place to which I would not want to return. I'm at the hotel right now.
