I wish to express my dissatisfaction with the policy regarding the snack service. The hotel only has one snack bar and does not allow access to guests who are wet (I understand that), which is common in a sun and beach hotel, but the problem lies in the fact that it is also not allowed to take food out of that bar, not even a piece of bread or a sandwich, to consume in other areas like the pool (not inside, but in the outdoor areas). This rule is contradictory, since you cannot enter wet nor take food to a place where you could. Otherwise, so far, it is good.

We are very happy. Everything is good. Thanks to the staff, thanks to Noel from quality and customer service.
