My experience was positive; I would like to thank the customer service department, especially Gisela, for her concern for the well-being and satisfaction of the customers. The pool continues to be the best in the city, and I am very grateful for the treatment and the service.

We had the pleasure of celebrating about 8 years at Melia Santiago in the Santiago Cafe Lounge, and I want to express my gratitude for the kind treatment and professionalism of all the staff, the good service, hygiene, and organization, especially to Yaidelin and the other attendants who worked with her that day.
