Eurostars Cayo Santa Maria

Unfortunately the hotel did not have enough supplies. The buffet restaurant was closed and the justification was that there were few guests staying. Everything was closed, there was no animation, the pool bar was not open every day. Despite there being few customers, you had to go early to eat because otherwise some dishes would run out. The truth is that I have gone on other occasions to other hotels in the months of May and June, which is low season, and I have never come across something similar. It's a shame because the hotel has very beautiful and well-kept surroundings.

The hotel is very nice. But the service is TERRIBLE. There are only 6 trays of food, nothing delicious. The restaurants they offer are closed. The silver bar only has hamburgers (horrible) and there is not even soda. A SCARY. You ask employees and no one knows anything

The hotel is no longer called Berlin Live Collection, it is now called Gran Muthu Cayo Santa Maria. Our experience was excellent, the attention of all the employees was excellent, from the girls at the reception, the snack guys, the waitresses and waiters. The rooms are impeccable, all new and very well equipped. Internet at all times which allowed me to do some university things from there. Regarding the food, there was an abundance but there was a lack of variety, in any case everything was very delicious. The drinks are delicious, the piña colada is the best I've had in years. Excellent and recommended experience
