Small hotel , large rooms with linen change on request, at least in ours, we had problems with the change always dry in the room but said they were to blame for the laundry outside, also each room is assigned a contact person who assists you for any need Thanks again, Javrier. Medical service always present h24 . Breakfast is buffet style, while à la carte dinner, to improve the quality of the food, in the pool area there is also a kiosk that makes pizzas and hamburgers. Beautiful three equipped beaches, there is the possibility to snorkell a hundred meters from the beach. The strength is the staff of the bar and restaurant all very nice, nice and helpful...... the difference, however, is the overwhelming animator ANDRENXON (dayyy) very good Latin dance teacher who will cheer you both during the day, with various activities, and in the evening, with him we had a lot of fun. In my opinion the hotel is 4*.

Choosing Meliá Buenavista for a last-minute getaway was the perfect decision! This was our second visit to the resort—the first being our destination wedding in 2023—and it continues to exceed our expectations. The three stunning beaches and exceptional staff make this an easy pick for my husband and me. A special shoutout to Lester, Yaikel, and Luis Angel at the pool bar; Chaudiere and Leidy at the lobby bar; Yanisleidy in the restaurants; Idel and his wife in housekeeping; Jamela at the spa; and Dayron, Navy, and Levan at the beach. Thank you all for making our stay unforgettable once again. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful resort with 3 stunning and quite distinct beaches. Service is superb - everyone there is super friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Food is very good - despite national shortages and general supply difficulties they are amazing at producing high quality food every day. Pool side pizza oven produces the best pizzas in Cuba! Pool side bar guys are amazing - attentive service, great humour and always a very warm welcome. Had a great time here, even out of season it was a superb stay.
