Asterias Beach

Just returned from a holiday staying at the Asterias beach hotel and this place is incredibly good value for money. I wouldn’t have a bad word to say about it, the standard of food was exceptional, the cleanliness of the whole hotel too, the staff could not have been more helpful in all areas of the hotel. We were a group of 13, with 5 young children, the staff in the restaurant went out of their way to sit us together most evenings, which with a group of that size in peak season is a challenge to them. This hotel is exceptional. However, I’m going to give a special mention to the entertainments team, providing entertainment during the day and the evening these guys, for families with young children, are exceptional at what they do. They provided endless amounts of fun for the children, often going above and beyond their standard duties to entertain them. To build a bond with the children like they did in 9 days is testament to their work, these guys are awesome and their work should be celebrated. I hope they read this review and they know they helped make an unforgettable holiday for the 5 children. Thank you guys. I’m not sure if the management team ever read these reviews, I hope they do because your teams work across the hotel should be celebrated and rewarded for making our trip a truly memorable one, and that should be the aim for every hotel in the land. We would like to express our most warm thanks to the entire hotel team that from the first to the last day we felt really welcome. The staff was always courteous, smiling and willing to serve every need with professionalism. Their hospitality made our stay even more special.Special thanks to Mr. Kotori who from the first moment was next to us in what we needed The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with all areas being kept clean and cared for daily. But what made it more interesting was the food. The breakfast and meals were rich, extremely delicious and with a great variety. Every day there were different options, all careful and quality, which made each meal a pleasant experience. Congratulations to the whole team for the excellent work. We left with the best memories and will definitely choose your hotel again in the future. We strongly recommend it to those seeking quality hospitality, impeccable service and excellent gastronomic experience.

Just returnd from a fantastic holiday at Asterias Bech Hotel. Food ad drink were fantastic and staff extremely friendly. Will be returning.
