Nice clean place. Towels changed regularly. Beds & pillows comfy. Good location to bars & beach. Shower was powerful. Small gym & sauna downstairs. Staff were nice. Would book again but on a higher floor

Great hotel with great location and large pool area. However, it was often a bit noisy and loud by the pool. Quite ok selection at dinner (we had half board) but the breakfast was very monotonous with the same selection every day. The rooms were large but felt a bit dated. We weren’t there much more than in the evening. The kitchen was very small and I can imagine that it is not completely obvious to cook there because space and equipment was limited.

I had a pleasant stay at Euronapa Hotel from 14/10 to 18/10, room 248 - HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Now about the hotel and room: I stayed in a Superior Room with one more person, but it’s actually spacious enough for 4–5 people. The room has a balcony with a small sea view and is located very close to the main streets of Ayia Napa - Nissi Avenue and Bar Street. The furniture is a bit old, but still comfortable. Some items, like the hair dryer, are quite outdated, and the hotel doesn’t provide slippers or dental kits - but let’s remember, it’s a 3-star hotel. Housekeeping mainly changed towels; I didn’t notice a full room cleaning during my stay, though on check-in it was spotless, so no complaints there. The pool was great - clean, medium-sized, and not too cold. The jacuzzi was also nice, and there’s a bar and restaurant right next to the pool. Breakfast was very good: a wide variety of food, tasty coffee, and quick service. We also tried the Cyprus evening dinner - for me, it wasn’t worth the €17 (I left still hungry), but my mom loved it. Honestly, in Ayia Napa €17 barely gets you a gyros, so the dinner is fine for the price - I just didn’t enjoy the options personally. Finally, the service was wonderful! I want to especially thank Arina at reception - such a kind, welcoming girl who speaks several languages and always greets guests with a warm smile and genuine care. Thank you, Arina, you’re amazing! ❤️ And whole F&B staff (sorry I don’t remember everyone’s name) , especially, Mr. Amar from F&B - thank you for your friendly service and your cheerful smile every morning. You truly made our stay feel like home!
