Nice vacation, and in the company of my wife. Comfortable and clean room. Common areas need improvement in cleanliness Cuisine needs a bit of variety Excursions need to be reviewed. Excellent entertainment with many activities offered” Always present and never intrusive. Since there were few of them, they did their best to make the stay pleasant. Great job, Maurizio! Just returned from a vacation at the Veraclub village in Cyprus; what can I say, this property has potential, it just isn't being utilized. Beautiful complex, nice in a bamboo and white style, but only half-utilized; the common areas are dirty and poorly maintained, the pools were dirty with sand and never cleaned in a week, the shower that leads from the beach to the restaurant and pool area is always dirty with sand, which they only cleaned once in a week by throwing the sand onto the adjacent lawn. The restaurant tables were always sticky, the food wasn't bad but repetitive, and in one week there were 4 days of braised meat. I had a triple room, and my daughter slept on a sofa bed despite what I paid. The pizzeria just outside the property is very good; I didn't like the Greek restaurant. The entertainment staff was small and mediocre, with the same old, poor game offerings; luckily, we formed a group and had a lot of fun on our own. My assessment is that, already in a climate of war, people are not very inclined to go to Cyprus, and then to have this property and not take full advantage of it is like having potential and only using half of it. The sea is very beautiful; it's noisy on Saturdays and Sundays since it's a public beach and many people come there. All in all, the vacation was pleasant and fun, but if it continues like this, I don't know how long the Veraclub group can support such a village, and it's a shame.

Criticism must be constructive to improve the service; first and foremost, it is not a 4-star hotel. We ended up in room 2103 where the bathroom is practically non-existent; the toilet is inside a 1x1 meter closet without a bidet, and the shower is practically bigger than the toilet... there is no security inside the resort, and since it is located on the road, anyone could enter, especially on the weekend when the resort fills up with "outside" people who storm the pool and the beach. The sunbeds and umbrella are for a fee (something that Veratour must point out in bold); you pay 3000 euros for a week and the beach service is extra! A sore point was also the continuous power outages, at least for our room; you would return after the evening and the power would be out, room hot. Entertainment: Maurizio might be nice, but he has few proposals for entertainment; a whole week of bocce, very boring! Gaia, the girl from the entertainment team, is wonderful, helpful, and easygoing; Nicol lives on a planet of her own, but she is fun. Stefano's cooking is really good. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation and a dance hall vibe, it is definitely the ideal place! Wonderful sea!
