A hotel with a very good hospitality and high customer centricity. The kindness of the staff, the flexibility, the good food and drinks, the cleanliness and qualitative hotels rooms, the good waterpark and the good location made the differences for a great holiday. I would highly recommend to all families with children. And a big thank you to specifically the manager Bill, Maria and bartender Kozkas, who always were willing to do the extra mile for optimal customer satisfaction. Bill is by far the best hospitality manager I already experienced, based on his positivity, flexibility and solution oriented approach.
