Stopped at this hotel a few years ago now & found it to be very basic. Fourth floor, not the cleanest & no kitchenette in our room. We love the area having been many times before. Locally the food here is very good and reasonably priced too. However, after 3 days of our family stay here I was so fed up with the state of the place I left & went to Israel on a cruise to tour the holly lands but kept my room to store the luggage I didn't need for the cruise. I don't like the idea of paying for a room & then not using it but I go on holiday to enjoy myself and unwind not to get stressed. Admittedly it was the end of the season but I still expect the same standards from a hotel no matter what time of the year... you take my money so provide me a decent service..... On the point of end of season on our return to the hotel for our last week were told we would be moved to another hotel as our last day the hotel was actually closed for winter so needed to be moved first thing to a hotel that could accommodate our family before our transfer to the airport. Trust me I'd of preferred they moved us from day one........ I'd certainly not use this hotel again & clearly I don't recommend a stay here end of season. Don't Do it!

I think that some of the reviews are not quite true, the food is fine at breakfast you can have freshly Prepared omelettes of your choice & freshly fried eggs if you wish. Plenty of choice. If your looking for fine dining go somewhere else, this is a package holiday & so you get what you pay for. Anywhere in Cyprus now you find Russian visitors it's not just here. I've visited Cyprus every year for the last 14 years and yes things have changed but credit to this hotel they are still in business so they are doing something right. The rooms are well equipped & clean what more do you require? Your out and about your on holiday enjoy the Island 😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎 I do.

We travelled here as a family of 4 and two friends. Difficult to find as we hired a car. On arrival our Rooms were great, service ok but food was shocking ( in a bad way ) the location was reasonable. Top tip don't go end of season! Don't go all inclusive plenty of nice restaurants with better food and drink. Swimming pool great we had to ourselves as end of season. No night entertainment. I will go back to protaras but not to this hotel. We spent most our money on food, and we paid all inclusive. But what you expect for a low star hotel I guess. Staff were mostly kind especially to our pregnant friend that came along with us. Quite a walk to beach, advise you hire car for holiday to get around and visit. Also there is a mac Donald's in protaras, which I found quite amusing. Beaches are nice, clear blue sea, but get down there early as it gets busy.
