AVOID AT ALL COST Absolutely not a premium all-inclusive experience We paid around £3,500 for what was advertised as a premium all-inclusive holiday, but it was one of the most disappointing holidays we've ever had. The biggest issue was that this hotel simply isn't truly all-inclusive. We were charged for bottled drinking water (180 TL per bottle), forcing us to walk to a supermarket to buy water. Charging guests for something as basic as drinking water at an all-inclusive hotel is unacceptable. The food was extremely poor, with very little choice throughout our stay. Breakfast was mostly eggs and salad, lunch offered little more than chips, and dinner was so disappointing that we ended up eating out every evening despite having already paid for an all-inclusive package. There was very little authentic Cypriot cuisine, and even the fruit was often rotten or had a strange chemical taste. On arrival, the hotel tried to place us in the wrong room, despite us paying for a premium room in the main building. We had to argue before they eventually moved us. Even then, the replacement room had a broken shower, unreliable air conditioning, and overlooked a demolition site full of rubble and construction workers—not exactly the premium view we paid for. To make matters worse, staff repeatedly tried to charge us for food and snacks that should have been included in our package. Every time we wanted something, we had to remind them we were on all-inclusive, which became frustrating very quickly. The hotel also advertised a complimentary beach shuttle, but when we turned up at the advertised time, we were simply told there wasn't one and that we should catch a public bus instead. Throughout our stay, the staff were generally rude, dismissive and uninterested in resolving any of our concerns. The only positive part of the holiday was the airport transfer driver, who was friendly and professional. Overall, this hotel fell far below the standard advertised. It was poor value for money, badly managed and certainly not the premium all-inclusive experience we were sold. We would not return and would not recommend

Stay clear food is very poor as an all inclusive package we were charged 180 tl for water surly water is in the package deal but No Internet was down every other day sometimes twice a day The food was so bad we has a family had to eat out for the rest of our holidays breakfast disgusting and cold and its so over priced 😡

We stayed at many hotels in Cyprus, but this one was really ridiculous. We were not satisfied at all. I definitely don't recommend it. I will neither come again nor recommend it. They are very disrespectful.
