OREA HOTEL PALACE ZVON

Hello there. We've been going to Mariana Laszny for over 20 years! In many hotels were, everywhere on average was good. This time, our friends highly recommended Hotel Zvon. Liked almost everything - and location and breakfasts and staff and procedures. We especially want to celebrate the kitchen. The chef is amazing! We wish to point out some shortcomings: 1. As a result of the connection of the three buildings, steps with a dark floor covering of the same colour were created. There are no brightly colored anti-slip tapes. Upon arrival, after checking in for the reception, I headed to my room, and immediately, without noticing the steps, I fell with the suitcase! 2. The hotel has rooms with a bathtub with a very dangerous curtain like “Harmochka” fixed on one side. It's very dangerous! One careless move and the man falls with the curtain!. These tubs need to be cleaned up, nobody uses them! We were given another room, with a shower, no problem. 3. Regarding WI-FI. He's not protected! It's absurd! It's a tiny addition. People have been known to come for vacations, treatment and sometimes work. We're here for three weeks, two weeks off, and a week working from afar, which means combining treatment and work. But working over an unsecured Internet is very dangerous! Despite the shortcomings listed, we give the highest rating, and next time we will choose Hotel Zing again!!

My wife and I were staying in the OREA Spa Hotel Palace Zvon for 19 days and it was really a pleasure! I would like to express my deep gratitude to the entire staff of the hotel for the excellent service and friendly atmosphere! I especially want to thank the receptionist Natallie for the excellent friendly service and the quick solution of my urgent problems. Pros: Good location The room is quite large but with partly broken furniture and with a dingy carpet not very pleasing. Bathroom and douche are very (!) small. SPA area an imposition. Tiny crowded (swimming) pool, sauna for 2 people. The name of the aging hotel "Spa Palace" never meets expectations. Dinner: in Mood and quality, like a company canteen at best.
