A special hotel, one from before, anchored in other times, with a lot of charm. Carpets and rugs, high ceilings and large windows, antique wooden furniture, without concessions to the ridiculous modernities so fashionable today, staff from another era, friendly without acting, with clear and quick answers, properly uniformed, without fake smiles, simply people doing their job impeccably, complete breakfast with quality products, in a superb dining room, with dining room staff simply working so that your breakfast becomes one more comfort. Smell of wood, lamps from other times, this hotel is a nice experience to add to the visit of this wonderful city, where every step, every building and every street are an experience. The hotel is in an excellent location, a pretty large room in the design of the once, the bathroom is fine. The cleanliness is loaded with improvement. The reception is nothing, the mini bar is empty and does not work, there is no comforter, no tea and coffee, no air conditioning, once-in-room fans, really not 5 stars, barely 3.

Would not recommend this hotel in any way. Rude staff and extremely uncomfortable stay! I’m writing to express my serious disappointment with our current stay. We were given an apartment where the main bedroom has no air vents and no air conditioning. This is extremely uncomfortable and completely unacceptable, especially for a hotel that presents itself as a 5-star property. When I called reception to ask for a portable AC unit, as the other room has one, the receptionist was dismissive and frankly rude. I was simply told, “We can’t help you,” with no effort to offer a solution, escalate the issue, or even acknowledge the problem. For a 5-star hotel, this level of room condition and customer service is unacceptable. A guest should not have to sleep in a room without proper cooling, and basic comfort should not be treated as an unreasonable request.
