Moods Boutique Hotel

We really enjoyed our 3 days stay at The Moods hotel. Nice, clean, modern rooms, all very confortable with air condition, with a small fridge, and value for money. Very calm street, quite close to the city center but far from any city noise. The hotel is 5 min walking from Palladium shopping center and 10-12 from The old square. The staff is very helpful and they gave us great advice regarding our plans, always ready to help. The breakfast has many choices and has something different every day. The hotel is a very good choice to discover the city.

Good and quiet location. Good and pacient service in the reception who helped us with order our Prague boat tour and directions to arrive to the places. We found our room not so clean and even hair in the bath...The furniture very worn Towels are torn Once I reported we was upgraded to larger room, still not so exclusive as it should be but a bit better condition. The breakfast was good and thw service polite. I do recommend this hotel because of potential and location , but this ia not best choice gor the money I paid.

A nightmare... We arrived and paid a supplement for a DELUXE room, and it was a real dump, the room in a catastrophic state, cracks in the walls, curtains full of stains, the bathroom sink disgusting, so I went to the reception showing the photos and saying that this is not acceptable, so she gave us a standard room, which is slightly better and even then, the floor dirty with hair, the shower head full of limescale, in short, I therefore ask for a refund of the surplus I had paid, of course he answers me that I have to wait 10 days, but it is unacceptable, to collect the money they did not wait 10 days, in short, dirty hotel, and they are thieves, so move along, do not come here at all.
