Helpful staff, competitive price, excellent location. However... the minimum one expects from a hotel room is to be able to sleep. The bathroom ventilation system was so noisy that even with the door closed it was impossible to sleep. And there was no manual control to be able to turn it off. Another negative aspect is the parking lot, which has excessively small spaces

Overall, this place was amazing! it had everything we wanted for our stay in Prague. The location is great, steps from the mall and other restaurants and stores. Its about a 25-30 min walk to the old town square, Charles bridge and the Prague Castle. it's also an easy bus ride. The breakfast they provide is great! it was really too much food. There is a fridge, a portable stove (pots and pans), utensils, toaster, kettle and microwave. You have to check in at the Arbes bed and breakfast around the corner. Also, there is one key that you have to give to the front desk when you leave.

A more than positive experience, the structure is located close to the tram, bus and metro stops, beautifully connected to reach all the most important places to visit, and approximately 300 meters from the 191 bus stop which connects to the airport. Suites with small balcony, very comfortable and spacious, well-stocked kitchenette equipped with everything such as a kettle, toaster, microwave oven, various cereals, jams, nutellas, tea, coffee. In the fridge we found: yogurt, water, butter, fresh fruit, cheeses... all included in the price. Reception staff friendly, helpful and polite. I recommend anyone who wants to visit Prague to use this facility, I definitely will.
