Best Western Hotel Bila Labut

I wasn't staying at this hotel but early in July I was trying to find an apartment nearby and was completely lost. The young lady on the reception desk didn't hesitate to help me and guide me to the correct location. She was extremely helpful to me and I was very grateful for her assistance. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone with such great service to a stranger.

A hotel quality price pretty decent! The staff is very friendly and professional! If you visit Prague it is a good option!

Terrible service and experience with this hotel. I booked this hotel to celebrate my husband’s 30th birthday. They cancelled my booking out of the blue, 11 months later, with no explanation whatsoever, leaving me with a few weeks to find somewhere else to stay in such short notice. Absolutely disgusted. Do not recommend to anybody.
