Boutique hotel Seven Days

Spotlessly clean, smelling fresh all the time. Friendly and helpful staff, well trained and ALL were completely welcoming, and guest focused, dealing with our questions swiftly. Room was comfortable and again, spotless. Superb soundproofing and gentle aircon made the room very comfortable even in extreme 36 degree heat. We slept well. Breakfast was superb, great Costa coffee and a wide choice of breakfast items meant that we took our time over the meal. Items were well presented and easy buffet access. The bar also served great food at value prices and we enjoyed several meals there. A short walk to the old town was easy to take. Public transport in Prague is good value and with the museum metro stop just a 5 minute walk, access to the transport was easy. We can’t wait to return to this Hotel and recommend it wholeheartedly.

From the moment I booked my stay until the day I left, everything was excellent. What impressed me the most was the hotel’s outstanding customer service and understanding. Due to an unexpected flight disruption, I missed my original arrival date. Although their policy stated that same-day cancellations were not allowed, they showed incredible compassion and flexibility regarding my situation. I had booked four nights, and they only charged me for the two nights I actually stayed. This level of kindness and professionalism is rare and greatly appreciated. The hotel is perfectly located, making it easy to explore Prague’s main attractions. My room was comfortable, spotless, and very well maintained. The cleanliness throughout the entire property was exceptional. The breakfast buffet was another highlight of my stay. There was a wide variety of fresh and delicious options every morning, and everything was beautifully presented. Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Their hospitality made me feel welcome throughout my visit. I also used the hotel’s airport transfer service, and it was flawless. The driver arrived exactly on time, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. I honestly cannot say anything negative about this hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations. I stayed at Boutique Hotel Seven Days for five nights during my stay in Prague, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The hotel is located in a quieter part of the city, away from the crowds, yet still within walking distance of many attractions, churches, restaurants, and public transportation. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were consistently courteous, helpful, and professional throughout my stay.
